Standard Pricing

Why do we have a standard price?

This is to ensure that we cover our initial costs for each visit, after all we would not be able to travel 20 miles just for 99p

Our initla costs include, Admin, Training, Equipment, Office Costs, Professional Fees, Insurance, Mebership Fees, etc

We have 2 pricing options for you,

Set Rate or Pay As You Go,

Read below to see how much each is and which should you choose.

Pay As You Go

£80 for the first 25 items, that it, we come to you, test up to 25 items and you pay just £80

Got more than 25 items? its only £2 for each item over your 25

Currently we do not charge VAT

You do need to pay for additional service charges as they apply, see below for comparsion of charges between both pricing options.

Daily/Hourly Rate

Want to control your costs, we offer Daily & Hourly Rates.

Daily Rate £500

We will spend up to 8 hours on site and will test your items.

Hourly Rate from £95ph

We will spend the booked time to test items, when your booked time comes to an end, we will stop and leave.

The only extra charges are for replacement items, see below.

These charges are needed to cover the extra time spent on site for Pay as you go customers, we advise to have all items ready to test for Pay as you go to keep your costs low, otherwise if there is going to be waiting for appliances, moving appliances, lots of rewiring etc we advise to go to hourly or daily rate.

On hourly or daily rate you are just paying for the cost of the plugs to us rather than the time to wire the plug like on Pay as you go. We only use high quality, geniune replacement items, therefore we are unable to use any plugs or fuses supplied by you for replacements, we source genuine products from trusted suppliers. Most Marketplace online sites for instance often send cheap fakes which can be very dangerous.

Invoice

Once your testing has been completed, you will be given the opportunity to pay your balance at that point.

Payment is due once testing has been completed.

Your standard fee will have already been paid in advance, so you are only being invoiced for the additional charges that are applicable.

Once the invoice has been paid, you will then be sent your EET Document Pack which includes your Certificate.

Payment is by Cash or Bank Transfer.

Any late payments will result in any discounts being removed and daily interest being added.

Local Pricing

If you are within 10 miles of our offices, you can get a £30 discount on Pay As You Go prices, perfect for those small local jobs
